We are one of the UK’s leading and award-winning providers of affordable housing in London, the south east of England and neighbouring areas. We are primarily a group of ‘not-for-profit’ organisations (headed by Hyde Housing Association). Our main business is to provide and manage good quality and safe accommodation, at prices people can afford to buy or rent on long tenancies. Hyde was established in 1967 to provide homes for those left behind by the housing market. Today, we put nearly 50,000 roofs over the heads of more than 100,000 people who might not otherwise have one, as well as providing services to help them improve their life chances and to realise their potential, enjoy their environment, work meaningfully and contribute to their community.
