Sustainability for Housing (SfH) is a company limited by guarantee and run by a voluntary board that is responsible for the development, promotion and strategic direction of the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing (SRS).

SfH was established in 2021 following the appointment of its board by the ESG Social Housing Working Group. This group of main market participants set out with the objective to help facilitate access to competitive finance and unlock new investment in the social housing sector by tapping into the growing demand for Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) credentials.

SfH is currently governed by a board of eight highly experienced senior professionals from the housing and financial sectors, ensuring that it reflects the interests of its users and adopters.

The Good Economy acts as the Board’s secretariat and is responsible for day-to-day operations and management. For information about SfH, its operations or the SRS adoption process, please contact us.
