Andium Homes is the latest housing provider to adopt the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing (SRS).
Andium Homes is Jersey’s largest provider of affordable housing that strives to deliver quality homes and services. As a state-owned organisation, it manages over 4,900 homes, housing more than 10,000 people on the Island.
Jonathan Payne, Programme Management Officer at Andium Homes, said: “Andium Homes is proud to have adopted the Sustainability Reporting Standards for Social Housing in order to enhance transparency, strengthen accountability, and clearly demonstrate the social and environmental value we deliver for our Clients.
“These standards provide a consistent, credible framework that helps us measure what matters, track our progress, and communicate our impact with confidence. By aligning with recognised best practice, we can ensure our decisions support long-term sustainability, drive continuous improvement, and help us build safe, high quality, and thriving communities for the future.”
Piers Williamson, Chair of SfH, said: “It is great to welcome Andium Homes to the increasing SRS Adopters community. Andium Homes’ eagerness to implement long-term, sustainable best practices into their wider strategy is exciting to see and we look forward to supporting them on this journey.
“As we have Adopters from all four parts of the UK on board already, it is particularly exciting to see us spreading our reach further and helping all Adopters understand relative progress and innovation on ESG that much better.”
