Broadland Housing Association has become the latest organisation to adopt the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing (SRS).
Broadland is a traditional housing association that provides a range of homes, across Norfolk and north Suffolk, to meet residents’ needs. Formed in 1963, Broadland currently manages more than 5,000 homes.
Paula Strachan, the Communication & Tenant Participation Manager at Broadland, said: “Broadland are proud to adopt the Sustainable Reporting Standard (SRS) for Social Housing.
“We are passionate about sustainability and adopting this reporting framework will allow us to demonstrate the positive impact that our sustainability-linked activities have on our residents and in our local communities.
“Our first ESG report has now been published on our website and we hope that all of our stakeholders find it an interesting and informative read.”
Piers Williamson, Chair of SfH, said: “It is great to welcome Broadland to the SRS Adopters community.
“We are proud to see the growing Adopters community consisting of organisations that strive to develop their sustainability strategy, and we look forward to working with Broadland in doing so.”
