Caredig joins SRS community

Caredig becomes the latest housing association to adopt the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing (SRS).

Caredig is a nonprofit registered social landlord based in Swansea. Formed in 1975, it was established to meet the housing needs of families, older people and more vulnerable groups .

 It manages over 2,900 high-quality, affordable homes and provides a range of services to communities across Swansea, Carmarthenshire, Neath and Port Talbot, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire.

Maria Sinfield, Chief Executive of Caredig, said: “We are delighted to publish our ESG report and believe that the SRS Standard helps us to achieve our Caredig Way Vision – Together we proudly create great places to live and work.

“As a community-based housing association we believe that a creating and maintaining a sustainable environment is at the heart of providing great outcomes for People, Homes and Communities.”
