CCHA have become an Adopter of the SRS

Cardiff Community Housing Association (CCHA) is the latest housing association in 2025 to adopt the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing (SRS).

CCHA provide a variety of homes within Cardiff. It looks after over 3,000 homes across Cardiff, with many of them in Butetown, Splott, Adamsdown, Tremorfa, and Trowbridge. The organisation’s goal is to create 50-100 new, good-quality, affordable homes each year, making a positive difference to housing in the city.

Naveeda Morgan, Deputy CEO & Corporate Director of Central Services, said: “We are delighted to become an adopter of the SRS – a tool that aligns with both our values and our strategic objectives.”

“We have worked hard as an organisation over the past few years to make significant progress in the ESG sphere.  It will be great to see these developments reported as part of a sector accepted standard to our stakeholders, but also for us to use as a tool to drive improvements and sustainable growth.”

Piers Willamson, Chair of SfH, said: “We are delighted to welcome CCHA to our growing number of Welsh SRS Adopters. We look forward to seeing them progress on their ESG journey and integrating the SRS into their own management ways of working and reporting.”

“We look forward to seeing them use the SRS as a tool to drive improvement and grow sustainability at CCHA.”
