David Cleary to speak at NHF board excellence conference

Sustainability for Housing board member, David Cleary, is speaking at the National Housing Federation (NHF) Board Excellence in Housing Conference in February 2024.

The annual conference is attended by more than 300 non-executives from across the housing sector, who will discuss the challenges and opportunities for housing in England.

David will appear as a panelist for the session entitled ‘The Economic and Financial Big Picture’ on 2 February.

During the session, participants will discuss:

  • How the UK’s economic environment is likely to evolve over the next year
  • The effects of this broader environment on the health of the sector’s finances
  • Managing poor financial performance and other consequences of higher economic risk
