Kingdom Housing Association becomes an SRS Adopter

Kingdom Housing Association becomes the latest Adopter of the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing (SRS).

Kingdom Housing Association is a registered social landlord with charitable status which provides homes across East Central Scotland. With a portfolio of over 7,500, the majority are social rent, but it also provides homes for Mid-Market rent, affordable housing for sale, and factoring services.

Alongside housing provision, the Kingdom Group also have a number of initiatives in support of its ‘More than a Home’ mission. These include community support, employment and skills programmes and, Private Sector Adaptations Service in Fife.

Tricia Hill, the Development Director at Kingdom Housing Association, said: “The Kingdom Group are delighted to become a formal adopter of the SRS.”

“This complements our Net Zero Strategy and gives us a platform to benchmark with like-minded organisations in a transparent, consistent and comparable way, demonstrating to all of our stakeholders our continued commitment to our journey.”
