You asked, we delivered: Introducing the SRS Input Tool Data Repository!

At the request of our Adopter Community, we have now unveiled the SRS Input Tool Data Repository to our members! This resource is designed to bring more value to your ESG reporting journey.

What’s inside? The repository includes all SRS disclosures from 2023, covering the 12-month reporting period ending 5th April 2023 (i.e. 2022-2023 financial year). Here’s how it benefits our Adopters:

  1. Enables Adopters to see the ESG information that other housing providers are including in their disclosure against each criterion. This is especially useful for housing providers who are just beginning their reporting journey and aims to improve the detail and quality of disclosures over time. 
  2. By having disclosures in an easily comparable format, Adopters can analyse their individual performance, as well as the Adopter community’s performance in aggregate. With the ability to create sector averages and peer comparisons, this dataset can be a useful benchmarking tool for housing providers to better understand where they may be under or over performing across all ESG criteria.  
  3. By doing the former, Adopters will also become aware of the strategies and activities of other organisations, which can help inform their own strategies and approaches. In turn, the ESG performance of organisations, and the Adopter community as a whole, is hoped to improve.
