Your voice matters in shaping SRS v2.1

Sustainability for Housing (SfH) is consulting on what SRS v2.1 should look like, and we want to hear from Adopters and sector stakeholders.

As ESG and Sustainability in Social Housing evolve, the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing (SRS) needs to adapt.

SfH are now planning to update the current v2.0 criteria to create SRS v2.1, to be a relevant and practical reporting standard for the Social Housing sector.  While updating the criteria, we will hold on to these core principles.

To ensure the updated SRS v2.1 continues to serve the sector effectively, we’re inviting Adopters and sector stakeholders to input. The SRS was created by the sector, for the sector – your feedback will help strengthen what we have already. SfH wants the updated Standard to support the sector as it navigates these changing times effectively.

SfH aims to position our sector as a leader in ESG and sustainability through the SRS. We want to present a unified front that communicates our collective story, showcases our impact, and influences how investors, regulators, and the public view the sector. Our goal is to ensure clarity and consistency in ESG reporting while preparing for a new era of sustainability and financial reporting.

To share your feedback and help us shape SRS v2.1, please join us for our upcoming workshops, reply to our Adopters survey or send your comments and thoughts to srs.contact@thegoodeconomy.co.uk.
