David Cleary is speaking at Housing Community Summit

David Cleary, SfH Board Member, will be speaking at Housing Community Summit on Day two – Wednesday 9 September 2026.

He will be speaking during the session titled ‘Financing the future: capital strategies for growth, regeneration and long-term resilience’

During the session that’s focused on capital strategies for growth, regeneration and long-term resilience, the panel will:

  • Consider a range of different funding models to support growth and renewal.
  • Understand different financial models, including new government-backed loan products and other models.
  • Balance risk, return, and organisational resilience in a more volatile financial environment
