Based in Chelmsford, Essex and established in 2002, we own and manage over 10,700 homes and provide services for over 27,000 customers in the eastern region of England. Many of our homes are for social and affordable rent. We also provide housing services for people living in independently in our sheltered schemes, low cost home ownership options, management services for leasehold homes, garages for rent, commercial units for rent and a range of services that do more than put a roof over our customers heads. We are ambitious in our approach and are committed to building 365 homes a year, a new home every day.
