Vico Homes is built on the foundations of WDH. We have over 32,000 homes across the north of England, home to tens of thousands of people. And people are at the centre of what we do. We are regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing and have been awarded the highest rating for governance (G1), meaning we’re well managed, and V1 recognising our financial stability Ou Vision is for ‘Better future, vibrant’ and a strong commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues plays a critical role in helping the us  to deliver this. We have ambitious  plans over the next three years, investing in our homes and communities to create places to be proud of.   Our target is for at least 75% of our homes to meet EPC C or above and a 15% reduction in our operational carbon footprint by 2028. We are proud to be an official adopter of the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing and are committed to using the standard to improve our sustainability performance.
