Sarah Forster, SfH Board Secretariat, and David Clearly, SfH Board Memember, are speaking at the NHF Treasury conference in October.
Sarah will be joining the session titled “Are we marking our own homework? How do we move to an audit standard for ESG reporting?” which will cover topics around how sustainability performance is currently verified; do we need a sustainability audit standard that delivers the same level of comfort as we have for financial performance; and who can develop a service for our sector, and who should pick up the cost.
David will be joining a session titled “How do we fund the future of social housing?”. This session will cover a discussion on the commitments that lenders are making to the sector in terms of funds available; what the sector needs from their lenders; and housing policy change under a new government.
These sessions will take place on 10th October 2024 at the Royal College of Physicians in London.
