Sustainability for Housing (SfH) is pleased to welcome Housemark as the latest endorser of the Social Housing Sustainability Reporting Standard (SRS).
Housemark is the leading data and insight company for the UK housing sector and therefore has a unique oversight on the social housing sector.
The organisation offers a range of insights including monthly pulse reports, public data dashboards and quarterly forecast reports.
Kirsty Wells, Director of Consultancy and Partnerships at Housemark, said: “As the leading data and insight company for the UK housing sector, Housemark specialises in understanding how social landlords operate and how to measure activity in a way that is comparable between different organisations.
“We are actively promoting the Sustainability Reporting Standard (SRS) to our membership through our ESG benchmarking module. The concept of the SRS is wholly in line with our focus on using comparable metrics to chart progress and improvement. We are proud to endorse the SRS as a mechanism to help the housing sector showcase its ESG credentials to investors while providing an excellent source of data.”
Brendan Sarsfield, Chair of SfH, said: “We are delighted that Housemark has chosen to endorse the SRS to its members and we look forward to working with the organisation.
“Having a data and insight company endorse the SRS reflects the diversity of the SRS adopter and endorser community.”
