Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) is the latest housing association to adopt the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing (SRS).
PCH is Plymouth’s largest social housing landlord with over 16,000 properties providing homes to over 35,000 people in the city and surrounding areas
Nick Jackson, Director of Business Services and Development said: “We are pleased to adopt the SRS which further demonstrates our commitment to environmental, social and governance matters that are important within our sector and make a difference to the lives of our residents.
“This will not only mean we are delivering on our promises to sustainability in our business plan, but also demonstrates our delivery against sustainability targets in our ESG credentials to current and future funders enabling us to make real, tangible progress that we, our residents and our partners can be proud of.”
Brendan Sarsfield, Chair of SfH, said: “We are pleased to welcome Plymouth Community Homes to our group of SRS adopters.
“The housing association serves a large group of customers in the South West and we are keen to support the expansion of its sustainability efforts.”
