South Liverpool Homes, which owns and manages nearly 4,000 homes in Speke, Garston and Woolton, has adopted the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing (SRS).  

Mark Chambers, Executive Director of Finance, said: “We are delighted to become formal adopters of the SRS which will build on our existing environmental, social and governance reporting as well as underlining our commitment to building a sustainable future for the local community.

“The Standard resonates with our vision to deliver great homes, strong communities and bright futures.  Our ‘planet’ strategy builds on this, clearly setting out plans to reduce our environmental impact across our business and the communities we work in.

“Measuring and continually improving our sustainability performance through this standard will support us in making our homes warmer, more efficient and cheaper to run for our tenants for years to come.”
