Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) has become the latest adopter of the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing (SRS).

The North West-based landlord manages close to 14,000 properties, providing homes for more than 29,000 people in South Manchester.

“I’m thrilled we’re adopting the SRS and joining the wider movement to ensure we are at the forefront of reporting ESG Performance in the sector.

“We can now track and report on progress towards our environmental and social goals transparently and consistently. It will also support us in delivering on our ambitions and highlight further opportunities to positively impact our local environment and communities.”
