Acis Group has become the latest housing association to join over 130 adopters of the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing (SRS).
Acis has more than 7,000 affordable homes across Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and South Yorkshire.
Chief Executive, Greg Bacon, said: “Acis Group, who proudly provide affordable homes, student accommodation and a range of education and employability services across the Midlands, South Yorkshire and Humberside, are delighted to be part of the SRS community.
“We have adopted the SRS because we believe in being open and accountable. We want to make positive, long-lasting differences in our communities and, by using the SRS, we can support our strategic commitment to ensuring all our activities are sustainable. We’re working together to focus on our social and environmental responsibilities.”
Brendan Sarsfield, Chair of SfH, said: “We are pleased that Acis Group has chosen to adopt the SRS.
“Acis has a strong commitment to its tenants and we look forward to seeing their progress in their ESG reports.”
